A formal quote along with a
complete project proposal is sent to you which
contains all the development details, proposed
technology, timeline, resource required, guarantee
details, project management details, non disclosure
terms, payment terms etc
Once the quote and details are accepted and
the initial payment has been received the projects
enters the development and deployment phase.
Project Development and Deployment Stage
Subject to the established
timeline of development the project is initiated
and at this stage you come in contact with the
project manager who will be working with you till
the project is delivered.
The project manager
establishes a complete project plan and set the
key mile stones for delivery. A second round of
scope clarification is done over here in case
some queries remain. A fixed deadline for the
project is established and a the development work
on the project commence.
Status reports on a daily / weekly basis is
sent to the customer updating the current state
of the project. Weekly phone conference calls
are made with customer to discuss and resolve
issues which may arise from time to time.
If customer requires any changes
are to be made to the project, web.expectrum.com clearly
identifies the impact of the changes on cost and
timelines and communicates to the customer. Any
issues regarding to billing and deadline is also
resolved and depending on the volume of change
it is either set as phase 2 of the project with
its own deadline or its is included in the current
scope but with a different deadline as mutually
agreed.
Upon final delivery, web.expectrum.com provides
support during the acceptance testing by customer.
Any issues and bugs are fixed immediately.
Upon acceptance of the project
by customer, the final application along with
necessary media and documents is handed over to
the customer and the project is declared closed.
web.expectrum.com does not claim any rights to the
code thereafter. The application is still provided
free support for a specific period as discussed.
Support and Maintenance Phase
After the delivery, web.expectrum.com
provides warranty for a limited period without
any additional cost. During the warranty period,
any bugs found are fixed without additional cost.
Beyond the warranty
period, customer has the option of signing a
separate maintenance contract.
