Q. Does my programmer have to work on a single project only?

NO. If you are hiring a programmer for say One month. Then, the programmer can work on 2 projects of 15 Days, 4 Projects of 1 week, 30 Projects of 1 day or numerous small projects of few hours. The programmer behaves as your employee and you can allocate him to any project suitable to you.

The only thing that you need to remember is that the programmer cannot work for more than 8 Hrs a day under usual circumstances.

Q. What is the time zone difference? Will it affect my work?

web.expectrum.com , is located in India i,e. GMT + 5.5 Hrs. The time difference will not cause any problem in the development process since we work in the following fashion. You can write an update at night and wake up in the morning to see it working. If you are based in Europe, you can be benefited by this time difference by having a company that works 24 hrs a day i.e. You work in the morning hours and at night when you sleep we start working.
